Strawberry Cough Information

Strawberry Cough isn’t here to waste time. This strain is renowned for its strawberry flavour, ruddy colouring, and incredible high. It just might become your new go-to strain.

This strain’s origins are shrouded in mystery. Some believe that Strawberry Cough is the result of crossing Erdbeer x an unknown indica. With a distinctly sativa-leaning cannabinoid profile, it’s an excellent strain for morning and midday use.

Strawberry Cough Flavour and Scent

Strawberry Cough’s name betrays its aroma. The strain’s fragrance conjures the tangy, tart essence of strawberries. Earthy and sweet notes round out Strawberry Cough’s stellar smell. Altogether, it’s a simple, but elegant aroma.

Once you inhale some of this strain’s smoke, you’re going to cough. Strawberry Cough is famous for its rich, smooth smoke, and it won’t disappoint. This strain’s flavour paints in similar broad strokes, but with sweeter colours. It focuses on a distinctly berry taste, the tangy strawberry notes becoming less pronounced. Strawberry Cough derives its taste primarily from three terpenes: caryophyllene, pinene, and myrcene.

Strawberry Cough is easy on the eyes, too. Its hard, dense buds naturally form in tight patterns. Happy, proud red- and orange-coloured hairs burst forth from between its forest-green flowers.

Strawberry Cough: High and Effects

Strawberry Cough boasts a robust THC concentration ranging between 22 and 26 percent. Thanks to that high potency and Strawberry Cough’s 80 percent sativa-dominant genetics, Strawberry Cough has a pleasant high. It’s exceptionally cerebral, bestowing smokers with an energised happiness.

Feeling stressed? Strawberry Cough is perfect for dispelling anxiety and stress. Take a puff whenever you need to chill out and take a step back. While Strawberry Cough may be excellent for relaxing, it’s not particularly known for its body high.

That’s not all, though. This strain also holds a sizeable amount of a rare cannabinoid: cannabinol, or CBN. This non-psychoactive cannabinoid is rare in sativa-dominant strains. It’s far from useless, though. CBN may have the most powerful sleep-promoting properties of any cannabinoid. In addition, it may have analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. As a result, Strawberry Cough may be particularly helpful to medical patients.

This strain is perfect for wake and bake and the through out the day. Great strain to work and smoke

  2. Mary Lou

Love Strawberry Cough. Excellent inspirational smoke, and promotes restful sleep. I like this for afternoon and evening. Gets my creative juices flowing while giving me a relaxed headspace. Physically relaxing as well. If this were in stock right now, I would be buying a BIG bag.

  3. Maude

Nice spike of energy, and it didn’t cause me anxiety. Brings along also a strong uplifting and happy high. Nothing but smiles, and a good time to do your favorite activities on this. Medical use, it will destroy depression. Would recommend for anxiety as well, even though this is a Sativa. Maybe don’t smoke too much though just to stay in the safe side. Will help with headaches and aches as well. Best if you take this in the morning or daytime as the energy this gives will most likely not help you sleep. So it will help with fatigue, and the energy will last for a while. Definitely will smoke again!

Strawberry cough was a good smoke. Harsh but satisfying. Good high.

Great strain yet again! I highly recommend. This is my go-to morning smoke at the moment unfortunately it’s sold out. Please bring it back. I was hoping to find a seed but no luck. The Taste wasn’t as flavorful as a kush or violator but was still very tasty. I use it for relief of a autoimmune disease and get great results . I give it a 5 out of 5 fot taste, 5 out of 5 for smell, and 5 out of 5 for effects

Oh my! I wanted a sativa for daytime use and let me tell you, this one is pretty close in effect to a very strong indica. I can’t say the Strawberry part of the name is relevant, but the Cough part… well… indeed you will cough! Very potent stuff right here that will get you buzzed from head to toes. I highly recommend and I will definitely buy again.

  7. Evan

Really enjoyed this strain. Beautiful buds, nice taste although a little harsh. I smoke sativas almost exclusively and this one delivered in terms of potency, overall high and its medicinal properties. I have to agree with the other reviewers that Strawberry Cough left me a little more tired than I would have liked, but for the strength and quality of the high I didn’t really mind. In that case I would recommend this strain for lazy weekend use – when you want to be productive but don’t need to be fully on.

  8. Jesse

As far as sativa strains go, I was pretty happy with Strawberry Cough. It was an uplifting and strong high. However, I did get some indica feelings as I was a bit more lethargic than I am with other sativa-dominant strains. This is just my experience, but I definitely tended toward a different sativa-dominant strain when working a full day. This strain was great for more of a chill weekend doing chores or cooking. I strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a powerful high and some stress-relief combined with the ability to be productive.

This was good for the price. but i noticed the bud came dry, and the smoke was heavy and hurt the throat. the benefits were nice, i did enjoy the sativa aspect of this, but i noticed alot of indica feelings coming thru, not sure about day time, this was quite intoxicating for day, but if u have a bit to chill, its no worries at all.
