The effect can upon me very slowly, couch lock with visuals when looking at patterns, obviously great with music and with most /every strain. Mild when compared to some of the stronger experiences Blue Meanies, but last 4-6 hours, is definetely full body. Any time with shrooms you should work your way, I went 2g right off with these after reading the reviews, was not dissatisfied. good for beginner or intermediate.

Great mild effect for dosing (medicating). I like to eat these raw and they have a very bland flavour so easy to wash down after a good chew.
